Kelly off to DC!

We dropped Kelly off with the Girvin's last night around 8pm. The Girvin's were staying at their old house in Irvine. Kelly spent all afternoon packing for her 10 day trip to DC. She was quite excited because she will also have her friend Kathryn with her in DC.

This morning, Kelly called to say goodbye just shortly after 7am when they got settled in at the flight terminal at LAX. Their flight left around 8:50am PST. I am very happy for her (but I also miss her...)

Our dear friends, the Girvin's, sure will have their hands full the next 10 days ;)
