Cool kickboxing instructor

Nice description of Christine at her kickboxing studio.


Chris has been teaching group fitness classes for over a year and a half. She is a graduate of UCLA and holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE). More recently, Chris has become AFAA Personal Trainer certified as well as AFAA Kickboxing certified. She is currently enrolled in Tae Kwon Do and is working towards her third belt.

Other hobbies besides fighting to be fit include Hula Dancing (7 years), watching PBS, and being Eco-conscious. Chris also participates in sprint triathlons and enjoys boogie boarding.

Favorite healthy snack (meal and dessert): Pitaya Bowl with banana, honey, granola, coconut, and berries; and fresh sashimi.

Favorite healthy dining venue: True Foods.

And of course, Chris' life wouldn't be complete without her three girls, Kelly 16, Jody 14, and Jamie 12, and her husband, Jerry, who also shares her passion for fitness and nutrition.
