Walk this morning with Gma and Gpa

Took Gpa and Gma Lin for a walk in Woodbury this morning.  Nice walk bridge there. 

Mountains2Beach Marathon

Ran this yesterday in Ojai.  Course started in Ojai and finished in downtown Ventura.  Very nice course!  It's been about 5 years since I ran under 3 hours and 10 mins for a marathon.  Pleasantly surprised that I did it again!

In memory of the bird

This little bird flew full speed into our window and died shortly after.  Poor guy.   Jamie gave our bird friend a nice burial.
