The Woodbridge High School Wind Ensemble was featured in OC Register’s Varsity Arts today on a project they have been working on. A recording for a composition contest for a local composer.

St George marathon results

Had a rough marathon at St George, Utah today.  Was aiming to run 3 hour 10 mins but ended up with a 3 hour 19 mins.  I simply ran out of energy and hit the wall after mile 22.
