Kelly got back last night after 10pm. We are all glad!

One more day until Kelly comes home!

Hard to believe that nearly 10 days have gone by with Kelly in DC. Jody and Jamie certainly have enjoyed the extra attention from us :) We have been keeping up with Kelly and her friends on http://fogsmogblog.blogspot.com daily. Special thanks to Pat and Raquel for hosting the girls. Tomorrow, they come home after 8pm PST. We (or I) can't wait to have Kelly back.

Warm temps today!

Temperature were in the high 80's today (in the shade). Quite warm! Christine said it's her type of weather :) If only everyday was like today.....

Kelly off to DC!

We dropped Kelly off with the Girvin's last night around 8pm. The Girvin's were staying at their old house in Irvine. Kelly spent all afternoon packing for her 10 day trip to DC. She was quite excited because she will also have her friend Kathryn with her in DC.

This morning, Kelly called to say goodbye just shortly after 7am when they got settled in at the flight terminal at LAX. Their flight left around 8:50am PST. I am very happy for her (but I also miss her...)

Our dear friends, the Girvin's, sure will have their hands full the next 10 days ;)
